Playing the Park w/ Megan, Ali and Bella

This afternoon, Jackson and I tagged along for a park playdate with one of my best friends in the whole world - Megan, and her gorgeous girls - Ali and Bella. Ali is 7 yrs old and Bella is 4, so they mostly played with the bigger kids, but J didn't mind hanging w/ the mommies! Jackson LOVES to be outside, so it was a good chance to let him play and run - SUCH a gorgeous day today... the perfect weather!!

Jackson will ONLY wear his hat if he's outside. And I have to tell him "J, we're going outside, so you have to put your hat on." Then, he'll do it. If he's inside, no way.

Poor Ali accidently got hit in the face by a golf club swing... by her sister! Oops. Ali's a trooper though - she barely cried - despite the big red bump quickly rising from her checkbone!

Jackson and I are still in NWA visiting... I captured some cute pics of my mom and J last night... and then some of just J being a cutie-pie! :)

Playgroup At Amanda's

On Monday, we went to our good friends Amanda and Noah's house for a West Little Rock Mom's playgroup! We had so much fun! My good friend Candace brought her 6 month old baby Malyn - who was right at home w/ the boys! Jackson is the youngest of the boys there that day but only by a few months. Noah and Sam are around 15months and Jackson plays right along! The other sweet boy is Alex - and he's 2. :) Fun times! I told Amanda that I'll be visiting her a lot more often now that my house is on the market - I'll need a place to hang for a few hours while people come see it. I'm so thankful for friends like her! :)

For Sale!

It's official! Our house is officially on the market! Let me know you're in the market to buy or know anyone who is. And no, we don't know where or when we're moving. We just know this house is not accommodating us anymore.. It's all up to God now.

Dinner w/ Papa and Nana

Last night, we had Ryan's Dad and Debbie over for dinner... We haven't had them over in a long time, so it was nice for them to see Jackson on his home turf!

Momentary Lapse of Judgement

I never get to finish my coffee. Every morning, Ryan gets my coffee started for me - 2 cups ... but rarely do I actually get to finish it because I can't chase Jackson around with hot coffee... So I set it down and it gets cold... and then i heat it up... a couple times.... well, Sunday morning... Jackson wanted a sip of my "now cold" coffee.... so I let him have a few sips - no big deal... and there was a little on his chin, so without another thought in the world, I set my cup down and went into the kitchen to get a paper towel to wipe his face... well, yep! you guessed it... J grabbed the coffee cup and went to take a big drink.. spilling the whole thing down his front... Ryan sat there with his mouth wide open... why, oh why, did i set it down on the table!!? IDK! Oh well... it's funny now.

J flirts with Aunt Darcy!

Darcy came by to visit after she got her "trial" hair done for her upcoming wedding (only 6 more weeks!) Jackson was flirting BIG TIME! He could tell how pretty she looked w/ her hair all fixed up!
