So when Ryan left for China, we knew it was going to be a long time... It was going to be hard on me, but I knew the boys, who really don't have much concept for time, needed a visual understanding of how much longer... So we made a flip countdown and the boys would be so excited every morning to go flip the number down. We really missed him, a LOT.

A trio of angels.
That's what they are to me.
I created an Instagram hashtag (cuz I'm into that right now apparently) to show off my fun boys... It's #threestearleboys

Cole's Birthday Party!
Cole's birthday was epic in every 5 to 6 year old standard. It was Fast Lanes... Arcades, laser tag, pizza, cake and best of all - best friends. These boys are so so much fun!!

Worth framing....
Jackson drew this for me. He said it's a picture of he and I in the state of Arkansas. We are holding hands and he wrote "I love you" twice because he "loves me two times more." My precious boy! I just love how much this boy loves. He has the biggest heart!

A Whole Lotta Stearles!
The Friday/Saturday after Christmas, Ryan's mom, and brother's family flew in to spend our annual New Years/Christmas together. It was especially exciting for me because I got to love on this little dude!!
Anthony James! This gorgeous little boy made me an aunt!
I'm very thankful for all the time we got to spend together this year!!
Anthony wasn't too excited when mommy would hold Christian.... So cute.
Boy Cousins!
Daddy's big boys.
Grandma Carol with 3 of her 4 grandsons! (Christian was sleeping)
After we put all the kids to bed on New Years Eve, we all sat around and played "Apples to Apples" and laughed and laughed and laughed. Such a fun night.
This was my last picture of their visit - taken about 1230am on 1/1/14 - Ma and her two big boys.. :)

2014, Nice to See You!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
1. Quiet Times. I have never, in my life, been successful with doing quiet times. But in our community group, a few people really opened my eyes on priorities... and putting God first in your life. Waking up and immediately checking my phone or looking on Instagram - isn't putting God first. So I will start waking up, reading my bible FIRST - every single morning.
2. Cut Out the Drama. I'm done with unnecessary drama in my life. Anyone who wants to bring negativity into our life or our family - will get a shift kick in the toosh. That includes anyone and everyone. Life is too short to not be enjoying it.
3. Pay it all OFF. Ryan and I have worked hard and should be able to be debt free as of this year! It's my resolution to maintain smart spending and continue think before we spend.
Thats it! Welcome to 2014!!!

2013 gave me plenty...
But the best part was that it gave me this guy....
I couldn't be more thankful that God chose me to be his mommy.
He's truly a gift to our family.

The family have arrived!
Ryan's brother Dave and his wife Carla and their crazy cute boy Anthony are here from Maryland... As well as Ryan's mom from Milwaukee. It's our time to do Christmas together, at New Years... Our little tradition. This year, it's at our house and we're excited they're here!

Christmas!!
For Christmas Eve church services, we got to bring our two big boys to church with us. Poppy and Grandma Betty stayed at the house with Christian.
My handsome boys!
That night, we all sat upstairs and watched Home Alone together. It's a family tradition that I love! We all get so cracked up... Just a fun movie. Before the boys went to bed, we prepared all the goodies for Santa... and Calvin observed.
Then, by the time Santa arrived with the sacks, Calvin was still perched in his spot...
Until I caught him....
The next morning, the boys were so excited! Merry Christmas!
Ethan asked Santa for "Christmas Thomas" and that's exactly what he got. He's pretty simple!
Christian was content just eating the gift wrap.
J asked for Ninja Turtle Legos. He got them, and many other Ninja Turtle things.... She was pretty happy.
That evening, Ryan and I made a HUGE Christmas dinner for our family, my parents and Ray, and my grandma... We all sat around and opened gifts, and enjoyed our family time!
Merry Christmas!!!
